Spring Exhibition
The opening of the new Spring Exhibition entitled “Art and Society” begins on April 7, 2022 at 7 p.m. It will last 72 hours and will be the longest opening in the history of ULUS (The Association of Fine Artists of Serbia) exhibitions. During three days and three nights, the Art Pavilion “Cvijeta Zuzorić” will become a space for socializing. People will live and work in it, with meetings, conversations, cooking, sleeping, wandering, questions, goodwill, and sometimes collisions.
The exhibition will last until the end of April, and I will be at the opening, and I will be present on Saturday, April 9, from 10 am to 12 noon as a part of my group. And some other time spontaneously.
This time I am exhibiting an analog photo from the series as an announcement of a solo exhibition that I am preparing. It is a positive photograph on art paper, developed in a photo laboratory, the original copy 1/1, unrepeatable due to the way the liquid emulsion is applied. The way I made it I strived to achieve artistry that lost its importance in the era of the hyperproduction of photographs.
So, a lot of creative works, including my larger format photograph as a small, small insight into the preparation of a solo exhibition.
